  • Chef-owner Manoj Vasaikar graduated from the renowned institute of Hotel management and quickly progressed into a top London Chef.
  • He worked for some of the finest hotels in India, ranging from the Taj Oberio group to ITC Sheraton. Manoj was then head hunted by the best fine dining restaurant in the 1990’s -Chutney Mary in London.
  • From here, he opened Veraswamy in Regent street and soon pioneered in opening his own restaurants including Just India (2000) India Zing (2005) India Zest (2007) India Zilla (2009). All the above restaurants were Michelin Couverts and India Zing won Michelin Platefrom 2006-2007
  • Manoj Vasaikar seeks inspiration from across India. His cooking balances the traditional with the more contemporary and delivers many layers of flavour. Indian Zing is a highly regarded Indian restaurant situated in Hammersmith close to Ravenscourt Park. They have received some great reviews from: Evening Standard, Guardian, Stella Magazine, Telegraph, Financial Times, The Sunday Times, Cobra Good Curry Guide, Michelin Guide and many more.
